Rally

Rally is a category-defining orbital massager, the result of over two years of focused design and development. At its core is orbital motion technology—an approach inspired by the mechanics of automotive buffing tools—reimagined to work in harmony with the human body. Unlike percussive devices, Rally delivers a smooth, rhythmic massage that aligns with the body’s natural patterns, offering deep, balanced relief without the jarring sensations.

The idea began with a simple premise: what if we could translate the gentle power of orbital movement into a tool for pain relief and recovery? Once we discovered how effective this motion could be, we dedicated ourselves to building a device that could fully realize its potential.

In close collaboration with Doris’ engineering team, we developed a system capable of delivering 1600–3200 RPM of orbital action—powerful enough for intense recovery, yet adaptable for everyday use. Rally remains remarkably quiet, making it ideal for restorative moments without disruption. We also designed three interchangeable pad attachments and a versatile form factor, enabling a wide range of grip positions and massage angles tailored to your body’s needs.

The device has 3 speeds depending on your needs, a range of 1600-3200 RPM orbital action.

The form of the Rally massage gun draws subtle inspiration from Olympic torches—particularly the iconic 1964 Tokyo Games torch by Sori Yanagi. We reimagined this symbol of athletic excellence as a recovery tool for everyday athletes, blending form and function to celebrate the pursuit of personal bests.

The primary shroud of Rally is aluminum, lending the device a refined, technical presence while also serving to protect the powerful motor housed within. The handle is wrapped in soft-touch silicone for a confident grip, and features a hilt at the base—designed to enhance control and prevent slippage during use, even under pressure.

Designing the charging dock presented a unique challenge: we needed to integrate magnetic charging pins while maintaining a sense of visual clarity and readiness. Rather than hide the device away, we wanted it to feel presented—like a tool on standby. The dock’s sculpted silhouette echoes the curvature of the massager itself, holding it horizontally on a pedestal-like form that feels both intentional and display-worthy.
