Flaus

The team at Flaus approached us to design the Flaus's V2 Flosser by improving the overall design, form-factor, usability and define user interactions. Founded by Sam Coxe, Flaus aims to enhance oral care routines and ensure long-term dental health by turning daily rituals into enjoyable experiences. The objective for the Flosser was to enhance the V1 model's aesthetics, user experience, and functionality.

User feedback pinpointed issues with the V1 Flosser’s motor, citing excessive noise and uncomfortable handle vibration. Users also highlighted confusion regarding the V1 flosser's button layout and user interface. Alongside functional upgrades, Flaus aimed to align the device's industrial design more closely with the brand's look and feel.
